How to produce a bubble soccer ball? This may be a question when you see a bubble ball! This video is for showing you on how to produce a bubble balls and what makes our bubble balls the best quality!

First of all, our bubble balls will be the PVC or TPU material as per the clients’ requirements! And we will only use the best quality polyether TPU to make all our TPU balls! Let’s go now and see how the best quality balls will be made: 

1. Designing: Each bubble balls will be divided into 8 pieces before the production, and the designers need to make the drawings with the logo printing and the construction of each piece!

2. Material cutting: we will use the advanced cutting machine for cutting our PVC/TPU material which will be precise and fast! For some parts of the balls, we will still need to cut by hands!

3. Making handles and straps: These two parts are very important for the balls, We will use the high quality PVC tarpaulin along with the sponge inside that these straps will be much more comfortable for the people to carry with! We will also do the handles with our PVC tarpaulin with a hose outside for avoid the handles from absorb the sweat from the hands and also make the handles much more durable!

4. Heat sealing: This part is the most important for the whole process, all our workers that are working for this part have been working in this area for more than 10 years! They have more experiences and do the heat sealing perfectly!

5. Inflating and deflating: It will take only about 1 minute for inflating and deflating!
