Q1: What are Inflatable Bouncers Made of?
A: 0.55mm PVC Tarpaulin, 1000D durable laminated cloth, high strength, lead free, water proof, fire retardant and UV protective to withstand up to 120 degrees in temperature. Besides, we use high quality interior baffle materials and durable nylon threads.

Q2: How do you do reinforcements and make high quality bouncers?
A: We use Professional Automatic Cutting Machines, Commercial Sewing Machines, Welding and High-Frequency Machines and High Resolution Digital Printing Machines to ensure high quality.

Q3: What can we add for Inflatable Bouncers?

Q4: How to blow up Inflatable Bouncers?
A: By electric air blowers which are included, we can match suitable power and plugs for you. It usually takes 5 minutes to blow up depending on design. Please make sure blower air hoses and hooks & loops fastener zipper openings (for quick deflaton) are closed when in use.

Q5: Can we use Inflatable Bouncers in winds or rain?
A: Although we make anchoring tie-down D rings (usually 4 to 15 rings for every ground corner and higher points, depending on design) for stability, please use it depending on actual scene, we do not recommend use in strong winds more than 35Km/h.

And we do not recommend especially for heavy rain.

Q6: Is there a Warranty?
A: Yes. 5 years' warranty against material defect and workmanship. It's long distance to ship back, so we send repair kit for every inflatable product. If it is damaged, you can use repair kit (glue and same color material) to repair, and we are happy to guide you through if there's any problem.

Q7: How to order?
A: 1). Please specify the items and order quantity you need with any special requirements if you have.
2). We will quote you best price with details accordingly.
3). If you confirm the order, we will make Proforma Invoice with order details and payment conditions.

Q8: How to pay?
A: We accept payment by T/T (bank wire transfer), Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, Secure Payment or Trade Assurance. 50% deposit, balance after production (we will take pictures or videos for confirmation).

A: Production time for an order usually takes around10 days upon receipt of deposit. However, it can be longer or shorter time, depending on design (big or small size, simple or complicated, in stock or not), order quantity (big or small), time frame when you place order (busy season or low season), etc.

Q10: Shipping?
A: Can be shipped by sea, by air or express delivery. Actual shipping time depends on which seaport, airport and delivery address you use.
